Balboa Baby Adjustable Sling?

Do you have experience with this sling? How is it? How are slings in general? Is it worth buying one?
I a 31 weeks pregnant, and I already have a carrier, I do not think I will use it, but my husband thinks he will use it a lot.
I guess a sling would be more comfortable for me, and it would make running errands easier.
I was thinking about something like this here?

I have a Balboa Sling. My son loved it when he was newborn. He would sleep in there for a couple hours at a time. He's almost 5 months old, and I haven't used it in a couple of months. I also tried a Baby Bjorn, and it was uncomfortable to wear and my son hated it and screamed when he was in it. The only thing with wearing your baby is that your back and shoulders may get sore.
